The Eternal Ink brand was developed by Terry (Tramp) Welker from the USA, who has been in the tattoo market for over 30 years. Eternal Ink is the most popular tattoo ink in the world and is used by many of the top tattoo artists. Available in over 145 colours, they are well known for their bright pigment, which goes into the skin well to produce fantastic, long lasting tattoos.
